Descripción de la vacante
A local NHS trust in Scunthorpe is seeking a Staff Nurse for a fixed-term role in Cardiac Rehabilitation. This is a part-time position requiring 22.5 hours per week. Responsibilities include assessing patients with coronary heart disease, offering health education post-discharge, and contributing to service development. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient management and an understanding of health-education programs. Join a friendly, multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving patient wellbeing.
Formación
- Experience in assessing and managing patients with cardiac conditions.
- Ability to develop individual health-education programs.
- Understanding of NMC Code of Practice.
Responsabilidades
- Assess and manage patients with Coronary Heart Disease.
- Contribute to the development of the CR service.
- Provide health education and support to patients.
