A support services provider in Maidstone seeks a Disability Support Worker to empower clients in their daily lives. The role involves supporting clients with high needs, engaging them in activities, and promoting independence within the community. Ideal candidates are empathetic and possess a First Aid certificate. This casual position requires availability for 2-3 days a week during daytime hours.

Scope’s purpose is to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive. Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short‑term accommodation (respite), social connections, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.
You will play a key role in proactively supporting and empowering our clients to be part of the community, their hobbies, interests and programs and to live independently. This role really requires someone fun and vibrant with a passion for supporting young people.
