We are looking to recruit an experienced VRS registered RICS Surveyor in Grimsby to help us shape the future of the residential surveying industry.

As one of the UK`s largest and most trusted suppliers of residential surveys and valuations, we pride ourselves on being able to offer our Surveyors a long, successful career as a Residential Valuation Surveyor. This role is based from home covering the North Midlands & Yorkshire region.

You will participate in a face-to-face induction where you meet trainers, stakeholders, and other surveyors. You will receive comprehensive training designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required for a successful career in surveying, with access to state-of-the-art IT systems to enable you to fulfil your role.

• Assoc RICS, MRICS, or FRICS
• Registered Valuer with RICS or eligible
• Post-qualification experience in buy-to-let, leasehold, and HMO is preferred but not essential

• Undertaking lender and private valuation work and Level 2 surveys
• Detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology
• Strong risk awareness within a regulatory environment

• Regular CPD and options for additional training/exposure to different work types
