As our new IT Secure Projects Service Delivery Manager,you’llbe the vital link between IT and Security.You’llhelp shape and implement secure solutions, manage service transitions, and ensure we meet the highest standards for our clients and regulators. WhatYou’llBe Doing
- Supporting secure IT service delivery across high-profile public sector and HMG projects.
- Collaborating with project teams, suppliers, and clients to embed security from the ground up.
- Helping shape policies, assess risks, and respond to incidents with confidence.
- Driving continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the business.
- Playing a key role in service transitions and ensuring compliance with ISO 27001, NCSC guidance, and more.

WhatYou’llBring
- Experience in IT service delivery or security operations—especially in secure or regulated environments.
- A working knowledge of SFIA-aligned practices and frameworks.
-Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to be part of the Intelligent Customer function for IT Services provided to Morgan Sindall Construction from Morgan Sindall Group IT and 3rd Parties.

About the role
The successful candidate will support the Service Delivery Lead in:
- Agreeing targets for service levels and assessing,monitoring, and managing the delivery of services against the targets.
- Managing the full life cycle of assets from acquisition, operation, maintenance to disposal.
- Supporting the effective use and control of financial resources.
- Aligning the organisation’s supplier performanceobjectivesand activities with sourcing strategies and plans, balancing costs,efficienciesand service quality.
- Managing and controlling the operation of formal contracts for the supply of products and services.
- Defining andoperatinga framework of security controls and security management strategies.
- Managing the life cycle of all problems that have occurred or could occur in delivering a service.

What we are looking for
We are looking for someone who holds a bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, BusinessAdministrationor a related field with several years' experience in IT Service management. Ideally, you will have further certifications related to Information Security.
You will be experienced in defining,negotiatingand managing service level agreements, with strong knowledge of IT asset management lifecycle. With a solid understanding of financial planning,budgetingand cost management, with experience of managing supplier relationships and contracts. You will be experienced inidentifying,investigatingand resolving IT problems.

The successful candidate willrequireSC security clearance and Morgan Sindall is willing to sponsor the application.
