IT Manager – Projects

Yeovil, Somerset – Up to £60,000 per annum – On-site working

Proactive IT Appointments are partnered with a growing organisation in Yeovil, Somerset who are currently looking to bring a project focused IT Manager into their team. The right candidate will need to be hands-on in their approach to leading new technology initiatives, oversee daily IT operations, and ensure seamless IT service delivery across all business functions.

Deliver new IT initiatives, including:

• Implementation of ISO 27001
• Further development and system integrations in Salesforce, in collaboration with our Salesforce partner
• Expansion and maintenance of Power BI reporting across departments
• Oversee new VOIP system implementation
• Provision IT and telephony setup for new staff, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
• Collaborate with international offices – occasional travel required
• Take ownership of new IT initiatives as assigned by senior team

Systems experience would be desirable across:

• Office 365
• Salesforce
• Simpro
• Unleashed
• Xero
• Power BI
• Unifi Network
