Key responsibilities:

• Own and optimise loyalty and CRM programmes
• Create targeted campaigns to increase retention and repeat purchase
• Use insights and data to improve customer segmentation and engagement
• Work closely with marketing, digital, and product teams

What we’re looking for:

• Experience managing loyalty or CRM programmes, ideally in beauty, fashion, or FMCG
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or another ESP
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing
• Data-driven mindset with a creative flair
