Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Mechanical Project or Contracts Management role.
• Proven track record in delivering mechanical packages on medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of building services systems and project lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Take full ownership of multiple projects and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Supervise on-site engineers and subcontractors.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
