Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Contracts Manager or similar role within the M&E industry.
• Proven experience working on large scale residential, student accommodation or hotel projects.
• Strong knowledge of standard forms of contract (e.g., JCT, NEC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractual aspects of M&E projects, ensuring full compliance with contract terms.
• Manage multiple M&E projects simultaneously, monitoring performance and budgets.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
