They are seeking an experienced CNC Miller Setter/Operator to join their busy Machine Shop on a day shift.
- Set and operate 2-, 3- and 3+2-axis CNC milling machines
- Produce small to medium batch components to high quality standards
- Inspect finished parts using various measurement tools
- Conduct 1st‑off inspections for other machines
- Adjust machine settings confidently with minimal supervision
- Maintain tooling and replace inserts as required
- Complete deburring operations as instructed
- Perform routine machine maintenance
- Operate overhead cranes (training provided)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience operating CNC milling machines
- Experience using Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
- Strong understanding of technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Strong awareness of health & safety procedures

Salary: Up to £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
