CNC Turner - Setter, Operator & Programmer (Mazatrol)

Location: Essex

Pay Rate: £18-£20 per hour + Overtime (1.5x)

Hours: Monday-Thursday: 7am-4pm, Friday: 7am-12pm (Overtime available: 1-2 hours per day)

Holidays: 5 weeks paid holiday

Hudson Shribman is looking for a skilled CNC Turner - Setter, Operator & Programmer to join a leading aerospace manufacturer. This is an excellent opportunity to work with dual‑spindle CNC lathes using Mazatrol controls, producing medium to large batch components to high precision standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load programs, set tooling, and operate CNC turning machines (Mazatrol
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Ensure quality and precision in aerospace component machining
• Perform machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues
• Some offline programming experience is desirable
