• Monday-Thursday: 14:00 - 22:00

The Role of the CNC Turner

As a CNC Turner Programmer/Setter/Operator on the late shift, you will play a key role in the daily operation of the manufacturing facility. You'll be responsible for programming, setting and operating a variety of advanced CNC machining centres, contributing directly to the production of high‑precision components that meet the strictest industry standards.

Experience & Competencies Required for the CNC Turner

• Proven experience as a Programmer/Setter/Operator on Mazak and Doosan CNC machine centres, ideally within a fast‑paced precision, prototype or motorsport engineering environment
• Strong working knowledge of Fanuc or Mazatrol controls
• Excellent understanding of engineering drawings, with the ability to perform accurate in‑process dimensional and visual checks using appropriate measuring equipment
• Experience machining a wide variety of metals and plastics
• Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to provide concise feedback across teams
• The ability to work efficiently to deadlines, manage priorities and maintain quality under pressure
• Willingness and capability to mind multiple machines when required
• A proactive mindset, able to work with autonomy and solve problems independently
