Role Responsibilities for a Recruitment Consultant:

1. Source and engage niche, high-calibre talent within the AI and pharmaceutical sectors
2. Build and maintain relationships with senior candidates and clients
3. Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from business development to candidate placement
4. Consistently develop business with emerging and innovative companies

Who We’re Looking For:

1. Relevant recruitment or sales experience
2. Proven ability to spot and win high-value business (£20k+ fees)
3. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
4. Excellent organisational and communication skills
