This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Barrister and Solicitor Advocate based in Manchester, with flexibility for partial remote work. Responsibilities include representing clients in court and other dispute resolution forums, advising on complex legal matters, drafting legal documents, and managing client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues across legal and business service teams to deliver integrated solutions. Strong advocacy and negotiation are essential in this position, alongside the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.

• Legal expertise in advocacy, litigation, and negotiation in both court and alternative dispute resolution settings
• Skilled in producing high-quality legal documentation, including contracts, pleadings, and case summaries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships and working effectively within a team
• Time management and organisational abilities to handle multiple cases with efficiency and thoroughness
• Familiarity with Legal Operations tools and business acumen are advantageous
• Must have a recognised legal qualification and hold a valid practising certificate
• Experience within relevant sectors served by DWF is a plus
