Construction Litigation Lawyer - 1+ Years Experience

We have a fantastic opening at this international City firm for an ambitious construction litigator. In this role, you will advise developers, lenders, contractors, consultants, and public sector bodies on both formal disputes and project advisory stages.

Your responsibilities will include advising on consultant appointments, warranties, construction and development contracts across various sectors such as residential, office, retail, life sciences, energy, industrials, and transport. You will also have the opportunity to participate in high-value international arbitration and adjudication matters.

Ideally, you will have solid experience in construction litigation, including familiarity with the TCC, adjudication processes, and preparing pleadings, witness statements, and expert reports.
