We are offering an exciting opportunity to join Fieldfisher's top-ranked Personal Injury practice - recognised as a Times Top 20 Law Firm. You will become part of a dynamic and high-performing team in Manchester dedicated to representing claimants in complex, high-value asbestos disease cases. This role provides a unique chance to contribute meaningfully to the success of our renowned Industrial Disease team, while also developing your legal skills and experience.

1. Support partners and fee earners in managing casework related to claims for asbestos-related diseases.
2. Prepare and draft documents for the High Court, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal procedures.
3. Assist in the gathering and organisation of evidence to support claimant cases.
4. Aid in the preparation and completion of witness statements and schedules of loss.
5. Coordinate and attend meetings with Counsel, supporting discussions on case strategies and settlements.
6. Provide overall administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of case management and client interactions.
7. Support business development initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience as a Paralegal, preferably within asbestos disease, personal injury, or clinical negligence claims.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in preparing legal documents and managing case files.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, fee earners, experts, and Counsel.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficient in legal research and familiar with case management and document management systems.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen interest in learning and professional development within the legal sector.
