We are a value-based company with a core focus on being humble, transparent, ambitious and impactful, all in order to delivery the best experience for our customers and end users.

We are proud to partner with some of the world's leading investors. New Enterprise Associates led our $22m Series B round in 2022, with Philip Chopin joining Sequoia's Luciana Lixandru on our board.

We were founded in Switzerland in 2017 and today we operate globally from offices in Zurich and London. We encourage diversity and are an international team coming from 26 different countries and speaking 25 different languages.

As a Paralegal at Ledgy, your mission will be to manage diverse legal and compliance matters, from commercial contracts to data privacy, while collaborating across teams in a dynamic scale-up.

At Ledgy, you will:

  • Assist with data privacy matters (UK and EU GDPR, international transfers, vendor due diligence).
  • Support the creation and rollout of legal playbooks, templates, and process improvements.
  • Help manage and deliver legal projects across the business, from compliance initiatives to operational risk reviews.
  • Maintain contract management systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Sales, Product, InfoSec, and Finance teams.
  • Report directly into our General Counsel.

You'll be a great fit for the job if you...

  • 2+ years of paralegal or junior legal experience in-house or in private practice, ideally within a start-up environment delivering SaaS products.
  • Strong commercial contracts experience (reviewing, marking-up, and spotting issues quickly).
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities autonomously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (bonus points if you're also versed in German).
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset, and the confidence to take ownership.
