Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer - Cambridge with hybrid working

Busy and growing Residential Property practices who have built up an excellent base of high wealth clients, within top regional firms

• Acting on routine residential property transactions
• You will work independently to a reasonably high level and alongside more experienced colleagues on the more complex and specialised matters as required
• Acting for a range of clients including HNW individuals and limited companies on the purchase/financing of freehold/leasehold properties of varying complexity and value
• Playing an active role in business development

• Qualified solicitor / CILEX
• Ideally 2+ years PQE dealing with a range of property transactions. However, it is more important that you will be committed to building up a full and varied caseload
• Highly organised with excellent IT, case management and communication skills
• A strong desire to learn, widen your knowledge and continue your professional development
