Our client, an exceptionally well-respected regional practice, has a passion for business, clients, and the services they offer.

On our client’s behalf, we are seeking a Solicitor / Legal Executive with 2 Years + PQE to work in their Real Estate Team in the Truro Office of this professional law firm.

The Role:

You will be working on matters alongside experienced legal advisors as well as running your own caseload. The main duties will include:

• Landlord and tenant matters – leases, licences to assign, surrenders, assignments;
• Sales and purchases of owner-occupied property, and related secured lending transactions and other finance transactions, including sale and leaseback transactions;
• Sales and purchases of investment property.
• The role also assumes business development activity, such as attending networking events.

About You:

• You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in working within commercial real estate or a related area.
• You will have a genuine interest in commercial real estate and be dedicated to progressing your career in this area.
• You will be commercially aware and have the ability to enhance the firm’s reputation through the delivery of exceptional client service.
• You will have a flexible approach and the ability to work within a team environment.
• You will be highly organised, accurate, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
• You are used to working in a busy and highly professional driven environment.
