We are working with an international company that is looking to hire a real estate solicitor (E/W).
The successful candidate will join a dynamic and passionate team, advising on a diverse range of real estate matters, including development, client review processes, and drafting and negotiating legal documentation such as leases, licenses, and acquisitions.
The candidate will play a key role in advising a broad client base of national and international clients on various real estate issues. They will also contribute to business development while managing client relationships.
- NQ – 5 PQE;
- Strong background in real estate and commercial property matters;
- Strong academic record;
- Technically excellent;
- Supervisory skills;
- Willingness to engage in business development;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
