RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – LOCUM, GREATER MANCHESTER, 3+ YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, £35-£50 PER HOUR. A skilled conveyancing locum is needed to support a busy legal department, with an immediate start and cover required through to the end of December. JOB REF: 1021

• This role is ideal for an immediately available locum with experience in handling both freehold and leasehold transactions, primarily focusing on managing part exchange buy-ins and resales, with occasional involvement in new build transactions.
• You will ensure that matters are handled appropriately by liaising with clients, external agencies, and other legal professionals.
• The successful candidate will be organised, proactive, and able to work independently, confidently managing all correspondence and documentation with minimal administrative support.

• Applications are open to experienced locums with at least 3 years in a similar role and proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
