Job Profile

An experienced Liability/Casualty Claims Handler is required to join a long-established Loss Adjusters firm, offering opportunities for ambitious Liability Claims Handlers/Desk-Adjusters seeking career progression as Field Adjusters.

• You will start in the field managing a caseload of losses, working alongside experienced Field Adjusters who will support you on site visits and report writing.
• This role offers a chance to be part of a growing, vibrant team.
• A career development programme with clear progression paths is provided, supporting your growth into a fully qualified Field Adjuster.
• This is a remote working role.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of EL/PL claims, including Injury and Property Damage.
• Conducting site visits within your designated geographical area with experienced Field Adjusters.
• Handling EL/PL claims from inception to resolution.
• Interacting with claims staff, policyholders, brokers, and claimants.
• Applying knowledge of current case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Possessing a clean full driving license.
• Having a good working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Being well-organized and influential.
• Insurance qualifications are desirable but relevant experience is also considered.
