A healthcare organization is seeking a passionate Estates Manager to lead capital investment programmes and manage construction projects. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant engineering field, project management qualifications, and experience in Estates management. This role impacts the operational management of projects, ensuring safety and statutory compliance, making it ideal for those looking to influence patient care positively.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estates Manager -- Projects to join our Estates & Facilities Directorate. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for the delivery of capital investment programmes, backlog maintenance, and the operational management of construction and engineering projects across our estate.
You will act as the Trust's Clerk of Works, ensuring all projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with statutory and regulatory standards. You'll work closely with the Capital Redevelopment Team, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure our estate remains fit for purpose and supports excellent patient care.
