Job Description

40 hours per week. Shift pattern: Monday to Friday. Salary: to be confirmed. Hybrid role with site base in Belfast. Sodexo rewards and benefits are included. This is a 12‑month fixed‑term opportunity for students undertaking a university‑level course in Building, Construction, or a related area.

12‑Month Student Placement – Sustainability Project Manager. Join PPS Talent Academy and gain hands‑on experience in the Construction and Built Environment sector! Work alongside UK‑based construction and property professionals on real government contracts while supporting projects that make a difference – from renewable energy and EV charging to heating system upgrades and sustainability initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Support energy, carbon, water, and waste analysis to improve building performance.
• Assist in managing sustainability projects from start to finish, including budgets, schedules, and stakeholders.
• Help prepare reports and maintain complex energy and sustainability data.
• Engage with contractors, sub‑consultants, and suppliers to deliver safe, sustainable projects.
• Contribute to the delivery of the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) Helpdesk.
