A leading defence organization seeks a Facilities Project Manager based in Stevenage, with regular visits to the Bristol site. The role involves managing construction projects, developing requirements, and leading project delivery for significant operational assets, while providing a competitive salary around £60,000 and hybrid working conditions.

MBDA Facilities Management is searching for an exceptional Facilities Project Manager to be based at our Stevenage site to manage a diverse range of construction and facilities projects.
Salary: Circa £60,000 depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Minimum of 3 days per week on‑site due to workload classification
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. All successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS) managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
This role involves developing requirements, supporting procurement and managing the delivery of facilities and construction works across the developing MBDA Stevenage and other Southern sites. On larger scale works this will also include establishing professional teams of external consultants and managing that team as the client's representative through all stages of design and project delivery.
You will be part of a dynamic team of Facilities Project Managers based at the Stevenage site, currently managing major site redevelopment works. There is also a requirement to cover some project management delivery activities at our Bristol site, giving the opportunity to travel to other MBDA sites and broaden your knowledge of the wider MBDA.
There is a requirement to regularly attend our Bristol site for approximately 30% of the role, with the bulk of project delivery at Stevenage. This role is being offered as a fixed‑term contract for 2 years.
