We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Graphic Designer for our Marketing department.

- Primary responsibility is to develop and lead designs for various formats, keeping the broader story, message, brand, and top priorities in mind.
- Collaborate with multiple designers and stakeholders to ensure consistency of visual elements of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Identify and create compelling visuals from short briefs and meetings with communications partners and executives by asking questions and gathering additional information.
- Adapt to and produce work for different sub-brands and project types in a fast‑paced environment.
- Monitor business and team goals to ensure projects are aligned.
- Proactively suggest and develop design systems, processes, and solutions to support scalable impact.
- Identify potential roadblocks in design projects and find creative solutions.
- Use sound judgement to prioritize all aspects of projects and communicate shifting priorities to key stakeholders.
Job Description
- Work closely with our global marketing/creative design team on initiatives from concepts to support graphics, fulfilling project requests for various teams across the organisation.
- Create marketing and communication campaigns, strategise designs for upcoming projects, ideate visuals for web, social media graphics, collateral, flyers, PPT, landing pages and other marketing materials.
- Maintain effective time‑management skills and meet deadlines.
- Enthusiastically contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
- Ensure brand consistency across deliverables.
- Identify potential roadblocks in design projects and find creative solutions.
- Apply strong judgement to prioritise all project aspects and communicate shifting priorities to project managers.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑starter, able to work independently and collaboratively.
Prerequisites
- 5–7 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Figma.
- Excellent team communication skills.
Preferred Skills / Preferred Experience
- Account‑based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- UI/UX Design, such as Ceros.
- Social media management focused on LinkedIn and Twitter.
