A not-for-profit certification organization is seeking an Administrator for a temporary position that may lead to permanent employment. This role involves supporting audit administration, maintaining Excel trackers, and managing documentation. Candidates should have advanced Excel skills, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. The role offers flexibility for remote work, with a preference for candidates based in Norfolk or Northampton, and has a salary of up to £27,000 depending on experience.
We’re recruiting for an independent, not-for-profit certification and assurance organisation that safeguards the integrity of a global audit standard within the leather supply chain.
The team coordinates audits, manages certification workflows, and ensures decisions are supported by robust, impartial processes grounded in recognised certification principles.
This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy admin role where strong Excel skills and accurate processing are essential.
Temporary contract (minimum 3 months) with strong potential to extend and / or become permanent for the right person.
Salary: up to £27,000 (salary equivalent; dependent on experience)
Location: UK-based. Can be based anywhere, but preference for Norfolk and the Northampton area
Start: Immediate / ASAP
For the right person, this role can morph into a longer-term position, potentially developing into client relations, data administration, office management, or document control, depending on strengths and business needs.
