A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist to manage job architecture and grading initiatives across Europe. This fully remote role requires solid experience in compensation planning and the ability to lead projects independently. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, fluent in English, and proficient in HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors. This position offers the opportunity to influence compensation strategies across EMEA and travel occasionally for collaboration.
Fully remote working from anywhere in Europe.
2 – 3 Year contract with an option for the role to then become permanent staff.
Inside IR35 if based in UK, LTD company available for roles outside of UK.
A Senior Compensation Specialist is required to work on an initial 2 – 3 year contract that will be based from anywhere in Europe on a fully remote working setup.
As the Senior Compensation Specialist, you will have an extensive background within job architecture and ideally you will speak a second language alongside English but this isn’t essential.
