As a Product Manager on the Turnitin Feedback Studio (TFS) team, you will be responsible for delivering opportunities to broaden and strengthen Turnitin’s value within our customers’ teaching and learning environments. This role requires a strategic and detail-oriented approach to develop assignment workflows that support product initiatives and integrate with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

You will collaborate with UX, engineering, customers, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure successful delivery of features aligned with business goals and customer needs. The ideal candidate understands educational technology, user needs in academic settings, and has experience driving product development from concept to launch. Excellent communication skills are essential to translate customer workflows into technical requirements. As a remote employee, strong team collaboration, self-motivation, and relationship-building skills are necessary.

1. Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
2. Work with engineering and UX teams to identify requirements and build core capabilities.
3. Provide detailed requirements to support engineering for product features and enhancements.
4. Manage and report on project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with goals.
5. Analyze user feedback, data, and market trends to improve products.
6. Ensure compliance with accessibility, data privacy, and interoperability standards.
7. Support product releases with accurate messaging, onboarding, and support.

Essential:

1. 3-5 years of Product Management or similar experience.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3. Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
4. Ability to partner with engineering to plan and prioritize features.
5. Experience gathering customer feedback and ensuring post-release satisfaction.
6. Experience aligning product delivery with business strategy.
7. Strong analytical skills with metrics-driven decision making.
8. Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams.

Desired:

1. Advanced degree in related fields (e.g., Computer Science, Business).
2. Knowledge of educational technology and LMS systems.
3. Experience presenting product updates at industry events.
4. UX design experience, including wireframes and workflows.
5. Experience with APIs, LTI standards, and integrations.
6. Track record of delivering integrated software products.
