This is a remote/home‑based role, with some travel east into London to visit multiple sites.

• Leading specialist technical projects that reduce consumption, cost and carbon
• Carrying out detailed building and performance assessments across UK sites
• Developing practical improvement plans, budgets and delivery schedules
• Providing ongoing technical support and clear reporting to clients and internal teams
• Overseeing contractors and coordinating smooth project delivery

• Strong mechanical background with proven HVAC understanding
• Solid knowledge of building services, compliance and low‑carbon practices
• Ability to produce accurate technical documentation and project reporting
• Previous experience delivering complex M&E‑focused projects
• Confident use of Excel (lookups, pivots) and wider MS Office tools

Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday
