The ideal candidate will have experience in residential surveying, including mortgage valuations, and hold RICS accreditation. - Experience in Residential surveying including Mortgage Valuations and RICS Home Surveys Level 1, 2 & 3.
- Detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology.
- Strong performance and risk awareness within a regulatory environment.
- Associate, Member or Fellow of the RICS.
