Dutch speaking Inside Sales Representative — Remote in UK. Ref: 4238D. Company: Leading provider of CAD/CAM software solutions for both domestic and international clients in the manufacturing industry.

Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• To take charge of first-line sales and oversee the entire sales support process for the Benelux region.
• To manage end-to-end customer relations, ensuring that all customer needs are met consistently and promptly in a professional manner.
• To manage sales support activities, from making warm outbound calls and processing customer orders to maintaining accurate sales records, and preparing insightful reports.
• To maintain and update records for suppliers, sales, and customers in the company’s CRM system for the designated region.
• To process sales orders and address customer inquiries by phone and in writing.
• To engage in trade shows, media events, and partner events to enhance the company’s market presence.
• To assist the Sales Manager with administrative, planning, and other operational tasks as needed.
• To visit customers within UK and Benelux region.

Candidate’s Profile

• Fluent Dutch (both written and spoken)
• Knowledge of any other European language would be an advantage but is not necessary
• Previous experience in Sales Support role
• Working knowledge of CRP/ERP system
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional, and positive approach to developing and maintaining relationships
