We’re looking for a Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end tender process for a UK Government‑certified cybersecurity consultancy protecting some of the nation’s most recognisable organisations. You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, managing bids from start to finish, and ensuring every submission clearly communicates our value and expertise.
- Take ownership of the full bid lifecycle — from identifying opportunities through to contract finalisation
- Collaborate across technical, sales, and leadership teams to deliver accurate, compelling, and competitive proposals
- Write persuasive submissions that bring complex cybersecurity services to life for public and private sector clients
- Manage and optimise relationships with procurement frameworks (including G-Cloud and CCS)
- Track bid performance and drive continuous improvement in process and outcomes
- Proven experience in bid management within IT or tech services (cybersecurity experience highly valued)
- APMP Practitioner certification or equivalent
- Confidence in developing effective bid strategies that support growth and long‑term success
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Familiarity with CRM and bid management tools
