European Payroll Administrator
Location: Glasgow / Edinburgh / Dumfries - Remote based (with occasional travel for UK based team meetings)
We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive Payroll Administrator to join our HR Operations team to support our European teams. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that blends employee support with vendor coordination and system-based payroll administration. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring payroll accuracy and efficiency across multiple European locations.
As European Payroll Administrator, you’ll manage the day-to-day payroll operations using our HR systems, primarily Workday. You’ll be the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring a high level of customer service while supporting internal teams and external vendors.
