This role combines strong commercial leadership with technical expertise in animal nutrition. You will oversee sales operations across the UK & Ireland, ensuring customers receive innovative, tailored feed solutions while driving performance and growth across multiple sectors.
A global leader in high‑quality animal nutrition solutions. With a strong international presence, they provide innovative feeds for aqua, pig, poultry and ruminant producers, supporting sustainability and performance in farming. Their focus is on technical excellence, collaboration, and customer‑driven growth.
- Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within animal nutrition, feed or agri‑tech
- Strong technical knowledge of animal nutrition (degree in Animal Science, Agriculture or related subject preferred)
- A successful track record of developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent leadership and people‑management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate teams
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland
- Salary: £70,000–£80,000 DOE
