A leading Webflow agency in the UK is seeking a Project Manager / Client Success Lead to manage client communications and keep multiple design/development projects flowing smoothly. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in web or digital projects, excellent communication skills, and a strong grasp of design processes including Figma and Webflow. This role promotes a proactive approach in a fully remote environment.

We’re looking for a Project Manager / Client Success Lead to keep projects moving, clients happy, and the team focused. This isn’t a corporate PM role—it’s hands‑on, fast‑moving, and all about clear comms, good judgment, and staying one step ahead.

You’ll manage client communication, scope tasks clearly, keep our unlimited design/dev pipeline flowing, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

• Run async updates or calls with clients to keep things aligned

• Strong grasp of web design/dev processes (especially Figma + Webflow handoffs)
