A leading credit services company is seeking a Customer Service Executive who speaks Welsh. Full remote working is offered, along with a salary of up to £26,313.14 based on 40 hours per week. Wescot Credit Services is looking for Welsh‑speaking Customer Consultants to join one of our outsource campaigns starting 19th January 2026.

Salary: Up to £26,313.14 (based on 40 hours per week) depending on experience
Hours: Option to choose from a 37.5 or 40 hour contact
Shifts: We are open Monday – Friday between 8:30 am – 6:30 pm and Saturdays 8:30 am – 1 pm. You will work on a rotational shift pattern within those hours which include 1 in 3 Saturdays, but don’t worry we’ll give you a day off during the week prior to your Saturday shifts.
Remote Training: 3 weeks with a dedicated L&D Trainer supporting you.
Fully remote working
31 days holiday (pro rata) - including all bank holidays.
