Family Solicitor - Exmouth

Are you looking for a rewarding role in family law where you can make a real difference? This multi-office Westcountry practice is seeking an experienced and passionate Family Solicitor to join their busy team, handling a diverse caseload with support and opportunities to grow.

About the Role

You will work closely with clients, offering guidance and advice on various family law matters, including:

• Divorce, separation, and civil partnerships
• Cohabitation disputes and financial settlements
• Children law cases
• Legal aid matters (experience preferred)

This role suits someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, providing empathetic and practical support during challenging times.

Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor or an experienced practitioner with at least five years' experience
• Confidence in managing a caseload independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with clients and colleagues
• Highly organized with excellent IT and case management skills
