SERVPRO of Winooski/Stowe Restoration Technician

The Restoration technician performs production processes to fulfill the service needs of restoration projects and maintains the professional appearance of equipment and vehicles. By providing quality, consistent, and efficient work, the technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. Primary Responsibilities:

1. Perform production processes, demolition, and labor tasks.
2. Inventory and load equipment, supplies, and maintain a clean vehicle and equipment appearance.
3. Prepare work areas, set up staging, and equipment for projects.
4. Follow safety and risk management guidelines.
5. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
6. Perform cleanup and breakdown at job completion, leaving the site clean and organized.

Position Requirements:

• Effective communication skills, basic math, and computer skills.
• Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and in tight spaces.
• Prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and repetitive lifting.
• Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and travel locally or out of state as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Pay Rate: Starts at $20/hour, with potential for overtime and merit-based increases.
