We are currently supporting a leading professional services organisation in their search for a Transformation Lead to drive their business transformation. The role will run for an initial 12-month period and will be based on a hybrid basis out of the London office.

Our client is undergoing a significant transformation. They are looking for this person to work alongside the Chief Technology Officer to define and execute the transformation roadmap, moving the business function to a product-centric agile model, creating product teams to support enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Exceptional programme and project management experience
• Experience working alongside the C-suite to define and execute roadmaps for change within Technology
• Prior experience within a professional services environment
• A deep understanding of change management methodologies
