About the Role:

• Join the consulting and advisory services team to bring innovation and value to clients through business process transformations, process benchmarking, process mining, SaaS Cloud implementations, application, and technology re-imagination.
• Be part of the Process & Enterprise Transformation, Advisory, and Consulting team at Wipro. Work alongside industry experts to impact critical transformation programs that address complex business challenges.
• Engage with a diverse range of industries and clients, including Fortune 500 companies and marquee brands.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Senior management consulting experience in supply chain operations, especially in SC planning.
• Technical expertise in SAP IBP with a successful track record of SCM transformation using IBP as the platform.
• Understanding of key supply chain areas: Source, Make, Deliver, and Return.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders such as COO and CIO.
• Knowledge of demand, supply, inventory, control tower, S&OP challenges, particularly with SAP IBP in the Consumer Products Sector.
• Innovative and impactful thinking in business operating model transformation and technology.
• Experience leading consulting engagements end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills: written, presentation, and verbal.
• Ability to lead client workshops, document, analyze, and communicate findings.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.

Additional advantageous skills include:

• Familiarity with other supply chain planning tools such as Kinaxis, Anaplan, Oracle, O9.
• Knowledge of SAP APO/SAP MM processes and setup.
• Understanding of analytics at item level, including AI/ML concepts like clustering, optimization, and anomaly detection.
• Awareness of technologies for improving supply chain visibility, such as blockchain, RFID, DDMRP.
• Ability to analyze large datasets using Power BI, R, SQL, etc., and communicate insights effectively.
• Experience across various sectors.
• Proficiency in European languages.
