A market-leading property consultancy in London is seeking a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join their Residential Development & Investment Valuation team. The role involves major valuations for various clients in the living sector and requires MRICS status. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Argus Developer, Excel, and residual valuation. This is a great opportunity to work on significant projects within a supportive environment.
A market leading Property Consultancy are currently looking to expand their Residential Development & Investment Valuation team in London. They are open to candidates at either Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level.
The team work on some the largest and most exciting projects within the living sector and carry out work for a broad range of clients including lenders, funds, institutional investors and developers. Valuations are undertaken for a range of purposes including lending, accounting, acquisitions and viability. Alongside valuation you will also be involved in providing wider consultancy advice to client in conjunction with the Capital Markets team.
