As an Executive Assistant in our Commercial and Investment Banking team, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders, manage complex cross-time zone calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements. You will be the first point of contact for clients, representing the bank with professionalism and confidence. This role offers the chance to develop within a corporate, international environment and contribute to the success of our team.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage complex and heavy calendars across multiple time zones for senior leaders
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and accommodation
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling calls and correspondence in a professional manner
  • Support hospitality and client service activities, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors
  • Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and workflow
  • Organise and support client events and meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach and willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Represent the bank confidently in front office settings
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant in an international and corporate environment
  • Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage complex calendars and travel arrangements across multiple time zones
  • Service-minded approach with a focus on hospitality and client care
  • Professional demeanour and ability to confidently interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Willingness and ability to work full-time in the office and travel as required
