What You Will Do:

1. Install, configure, maintain, and update web servers, network devices, and hosting infrastructure components.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, escalating when necessary.

5. Perform regular backups, ensuring data integrity and disaster recovery.
6. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls according to security policies.

What You Will Bring:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
2. Proven experience in IT support or infrastructure roles.
3. Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems, with experience managing cloud hosting environments.
4. Familiarity with networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
5. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
