- Work closely with local clients and candidates across specified postcode areas.
- Recruit HGV & Van drivers for short- and long-term assignments.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to supporting candidates.
- Build strong client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Participate in the shared out-of-hours phone rota.
- Drive growth within the desk, shaping the future of the branch.
