A leading recruitment agency in Lincoln is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage recruitment for driving and logistics roles. You will have the freedom to run your own desk while developing strong relationships with clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment especially in driving/logistics, strong communication skills, and compliance knowledge. This position offers a base salary of £32,000 with an uncapped bonus and career growth opportunities.
