- Hold CQC Registered Manager status (or be prepared to achieve it)
- Lead daily branch operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective service delivery
- Drive compliance across all regulatory and quality standards
- Monitor branch performance against weekly and monthly KPIs
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation
- Manage branch staff including Care Planners and Field Care Supervisors
- Handle and resolve complaints at branch level
- Support recruitment, training, and professional development of staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Present services to prospective clients and support business growth
- Manage key accounts and oversee service quality
- Support effective staff allocation to meet client needs
- Oversee accurate timesheet processing
- Participate in the on-call rota as required
- Experience in managing domiciliary care services (essential)
- Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and care sector regulations
- Exceptional leadership, motivation and people-management skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to promote services effectively
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with a positive, solutions-focused approach
