Shirley Parsons has exclusively partnered with a leading retailer to appoint a Regional Health and Safety Advisor. This is a home-based position with frequent regional travel across Brighton and surrounding areas, supporting multiple retail sites. You will be part of a wider Health and Safety team, promoting a positive safety culture, providing leadership, guidance, and advice.

• Conduct audits, inspections, and investigate accidents/incidents.
• Design and deliver H&S training programs.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist senior management in developing and implementing H&S strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Legal right to work in the UK and a full driving license.
• NEBOSH or equivalent Health and Safety qualification.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
