We’re partnering with a long-established UK manufacturer operating across two key COMAH sites to appoint a Senior HSE Advisor who will play a central role in shaping and strengthening safety performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive compliance across ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001.
• Maintain and develop the legal compliance register.
• Advise teams at all levels on safety and environmental best practice.
• Represent the organisation during regulatory and certification audits (HSE, EA, BSI).
• Lead and support incident investigations and manage the SHEQ reporting system.
• Deliver engaging toolbox talks and safety training.
• Report key safety and environmental performance data.
• Support occupational health surveillance programmes.
• Take part in the emergency response team, including limited out-of-hours cover.

This is a role where you’re trusted to get close to the operation, understand the risks, and help people work safer, smarter, and more confidently every day.

What We’re Looking For

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
• TechIOSH (2+ years).
• Experience within a COMAH or chemical manufacturing environment is ideal.
• Strong relationship-builder with the confidence to influence and support at all levels.
• Someone proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• A team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and driving engagement.
