The successful candidate will provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice, managing client portfolios across pensions, investments, and protection products. This role suits an adviser who combines technical expertise with excellent relationship management skills and the ambition to achieve outstanding results.
Deliver expert, FCA-compliant financial advice across a range of products, including pensions, investments, and protection.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through trust, service excellence, and regular reviews.
Conduct detailed financial assessments and create bespoke recommendations aligned with client objectives.
Work closely with paraplanners and administrators to ensure advice is supported by accurate research and documentation.
Keep up to date with regulatory changes, market trends, and product developments.
Contribute to business growth through client retention, referrals, and professional networking.
Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) is essential.
Strong, proven experience in providing holistic financial advice within a regulated environment.
Excellent technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and tax-efficient planning.
Confident communicator with outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ethical, client-centred approach with a commitment to maintaining high professional standards.
Familiarity with financial planning software such as Intelliflo, Xplan, or Voyant.
