Maintenance Technician II
Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing diagnostics and repairs related to the mechanical aspects of machinery and equipment. They should be able to disassemble, repair, and reassemble machines with minimal instructions, and carry out complex mechanical assignments regularly. In addition to this, the mechanic is responsible for supporting production by redesigning, modifying, repairing, and installing industrial machinery. They will also inspect equipment, diagnose malfunctions, and analyze equipment failures to determine the root cause, making necessary adjustments. The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic is expected to improve maintenance techniques and operations independently, while adhering to the company's principles of continuous improvement, customer-driven innovation, and a win-first culture. The role requires meeting financial and other performance metrics set by the company while maintaining confidentiality.
