A manufacturing company in Wales is looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer. The role involves conducting both planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems within a modern facility. The ideal candidate will have a minimum HNC qualification in engineering and experience in FMCG manufacturing. The position offers a base salary of £54,000, a bonus of up to £2,000, and various benefits, including a 5% pension contribution and 25 holiday days.

As a Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring that production machinery and systems run reliably and efficiently. Working on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, you'll carry out both planned and reactive maintenance while supporting continuous improvement across the plant.
